Archive repair in Queue stops when files are .001 type files

Post by jculp » Sat Feb 24, 2018 4:50 am

Downloading file which contain suffix identifiers .001, .002, .003, etc (Concate files), the queue fails to assemble and repair file.
The first file, .001, is saved to Finder as a regular mov file, not as .001.
The "Files in Package" list column/panel also changes from .001 to .mkv after it is downloaded and saved to Finder.

Subsequent file part are saved as should be.

The downloaded files are saved and I run them through MacParDeluxe and the .mkv file is recovered correctly.

The bug is that Usenetic fails to recognize and correctly assemble these .001 type Conc files.

Not a big problem but something to look at for future version.

Thanks for the great program and all your hard work.

Just a heads up that the same problem seems to affect files which the first file is a .rar file then proceeds to be .r00, .r01, etc.

Screenshots attached.

Thanks for the great work so far!

The New 'Help" file is nice.

The other tweets are appreciated as well in the latest version.

As far as I tested, all file sets with a RAR and r0x files are repairing and extracting correctly, with an exception of the one in your screenshot, because that file set contains 2 main PAR2 files which is causing the issue.

Can you confirm that please?

Thanks.
